Our procedure

Site and client needs assessment: We start by assessing the site and the client's needs to understand the challenges and opportunities associated with expanding the home. We talk with the client to understand their needs in terms of space, functionality and design, to ensure that we can meet their expectations.
Design: We work closely with the client to develop a detailed plan for the expansion of the house. We consider all aspects of the project, including layout, size, architectural features, materials, costs and timelines.
Permits and Approvals: We take care of all the necessary authorizations for the project, including building permits and regulatory approvals. We also ensure that the project meets local construction, safety and environmental standards.
Site preparation: Before starting the work, we prepare the site by cleaning and leveling the ground for the extension of the house. We also put in place safety barriers to protect the construction area and the workers.
Construction of the extension: We start with the foundation and the structure of the expansion, then we proceed to the installation of doors and windows, walls and exterior coverings. We also take care of the plumbing, electricity and ventilation for the expansion.
Interior finishes: We do interior finishes, including insulation, drywall, paint, floors, doors, and electrical and plumbing finishes.
Inspection and Completion: Once we have completed the extension of the house, we carry out a complete inspection to ensure that everything is up to quality and safety standards. We also work with the client to ensure that their expectations have been met.
